I made an appointment online where I stated what was wrong. I received a call thirty minutes later stating the Dr (she) wanted to know exactly what I expected her to do…. Um figure out why I do not feel well. Very rude. They cancelled my appointment. I was diagnosed with strep last Wednesday. I am having difficulty breathing and wanted to check my oxygen and lungs. I should be feeling better by now. I did not think it wrong to get checked. Never ever have I made to feel that way. This was the express clinic on Harrison. I knew better because I have not gotten the best treatment the last couple of times. I will not be back.

I’d give it 0 stars, Makayla or however you spell her name is a PA I have several issues and she basically said I need a doctor and the ER won’t help you my wife had a similar situation with her then she’s like you seem mad at me but I didn’t do anything and that’s just it I paid for a visit and you did NOTHING and i didn’t even say anything to her……. This is by far the worst medical care I’ve had and I’ve been treated all around the world and at a VA i would fire her. I be reaching out with several reviews, social media and media outlets. I’ll also be speaking with a professional about these experiences

I absolutely love this urgent care place all the staff are so friendly helpful they take great care of you and really help and get you answers not To mention super fast best place here to go in Shawnee dr Karen is absolutely amazing definitely recommend going here for any of your urgent care needs thank u ssmh urgent care

I have seen Jamie Jones twice now, once for my daughter and once for me. She is not only super professional, thorough and attentive but SO KIND! She walked into the treatment room so bubbly and friendly and listened to my concerns, reassured me and made sure to double check that the medication she was prescribing was safe to take while breastfeeding. 10/10 highly recommend. Only place I’ll go from now on!

My actual PCP told me to report the front desk lady Teri cycles. My son has asthma. Can’t breathe without medication. Made an appointment and TERI CYCLES. Let me know I can’t bring my child in if he’s currently not having trouble. I ran out of medicine and she gave me the hardest time when it came to him being seen.
