Everyone there was pleasant and professional. The staff were all happy and interacting with me from start to finish. Herb was very attentive to listen for any issue you might have while still making you feel at ease. Great experience.

Front desk women (black hair and older appearance) was not friendly and made me feel pushed off, turned me away when I asked for my vitals to be checked due to a medication I’m on. She made it seem like it was a hassle for someone to even take my blood pressure. I’d understand if they were busy but they weren’t busy at the time and she was on the phone before talking to me and told them they had two providers available with no wait time …

I was in town for my Father's funeral, Mount Vernon is my hometown and we were doing some work around the house preparing for the sale. Cut my leg pretty badly on a rusty nail. They provided first class care and patched me up. All the Ladies there from reception to the care providers were super nice, fun to talk to. Made an awful experience tolerable. Thanks very much!

Every person I met was kind, competent and encouraging. The doctor was helpful and gave me the appropriate meds to begin to heal. I had a skin condition and she gave me the right stuff. One morning later I feel a lot better and on the road to healing. Thank you! Do not hesitate to use the group when you need competent health care!

I left work early due to stuffy head, cold chills, sore throat, dizziness... basic cold / flu=like symptoms. To avoid getting points in needed a Dr,'s note. Having been through this before I was quite hesitant about seeing a Dr. & getting those " He's not sick, he's lazy, missed work & needs Dr.'s slip to go back to work" looks from nurses, Dr. Etc. I went anyway. I received nothing but respect & professionalism from everyone there from my entering the clinic to my leaving. They're very nice people. An experience from the past I must conclude.
