He & his staff are so talented & respectful of your dental concerns. It's a very comfortable & relaxing atmosphere! I had a good experience with my one cleaning from them. Today was supposed to be my second appointment. Unfortunately since I have a busy life and didn't confirm via text. they canceled my appointment without even letting me know. So I still sent one kid to the babysitter drove 30 minutes and got there 30 minutes early for them to tell me they had canceled my appointment because they assumed I wasn't coming because I didn't tell them I was coming to my already scheduled appointment. They also sent me a reminder text 2 hours before my appointment saying "see you soon at your appointment" but never reached out to say they canceled my appointment or never sent a message that they canceled it

My first appointment with the Dental Care of Mt. Vernon was wonderful. My dental hygienist was very attentive, understanding, personable, professional and knowledgeable. She explained every step and was taking the time to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist was also very professional, and took the time to sit down and address any questions or concerns I had about my oral health care. I am so content to be apart of the Dental Care of Mt. Vernon.

Great location very clean. Very neat caring staff they walk through you the process. Prices are amazing as opposed to their competitor up the street. Only con because of this amazing service they are booked out very far.

They are always so kind and gentle. I have not had a bad experience in the past 2 years. It does take a long time to get into see them because they are that good!
