Mt Vernon Countryside Manor

Im sure u wont post this. My 87 yr.old mother was sent there from good sam to help her learn to walk without help. She long haul covid patient whose been on oxygen for 3 yrs. Shes developed big sores on her legs and been treating that for weeks and needed help to go pee. Her first night there..last night someone decided to wake her up n the middle of the night to ride an exercise bike and taking her oxygen expexted her to wake up and ride a bike?? Her 02 levels dropped so quickly an ambulance had to take her back to the hospital. She was only there a few hrs and you almost killed her and im mad that u treated my poor mother this way!

My mom is a patient there and I absolutely love the staff there they are very kind hearted and take care of all of their patients. I couldn't ask for a better staff to be taking care of my mom.

This place is a joke. The worst care you can put your loved ones in. They try to give patients the wrong medicine tell the patient they are out of clean wash cloths an like to give diabetics sweets with there meals. I wouldn't place my dog in this place. The patients can't even call a loved one to talk an they keep most of the patients so drugged up they drool all over themselves

whatever you do, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Absolutely disgusting. Horrible care. The food is disgusting! They could honestly care less about the people here. It’s like covid gave them the opportunity to slack off and now they stay at the standards they were at during covid. It doesn’t look like anyone has mopped the floor in over a year!

I think this is the best place for any loved one to be in our surrounding area. Countryside Nursing Home is Amazing!! The workers strive to meet all needs!
