I honestly don’t feel comfortable bringing my kids here anymore. While this clinic specializes in children, the provider who saw my son today seemed frustrated with him, which was concerning to me. My son is 4 years old, and I expected a more patient and supportive approach. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return

My baby girl got something stuck in her nose and I was in and out within 20 mins we did get there around 8:50 but I am so grateful to be in and out quickly and they handled her with care thank you my husband and I appreciate you all

Love this place been here a few times with my daughter. Got her cast on here and went to the urgent care everyone is so nice and its really fast.

Went there for my teenage daughter, She had a horrible cough and was experiencing cold/flu like symptoms..They prescribed her allergy medication and sent us on our way. Later on in the day they called us and expressed they read her results wrong or some kind of mistake was made, She had Pneumonia ( I asked for more information and was denied and they disconnected the call). I have Reason to believe that this all was intentional, unfair and unethical. Wish I could go into great detail but this is the review section. I just advise people to do their due diligence as well use their discernment. I will be pursuing other forms of complaints to ensure nobody else will be treated the same way.

As previous reviews state, the wait was longer than expected to be called back, BUT, in our case, we were there as a precaution to get a bump checked on our toddler after she hit her head, so really not a big deal since she was acting normal. Still five stars! The gals at the front desk were incredibly kind, the nurse & NP just as wonderful! Very informative & thorough. Great staff, great personalities- highly recommend!!!!!
