This office provided a great experience. Immediately upon entering the clinic I was greeted by their bubbly front desk girl Shay. She was very kind and had me laughing effortlessly which I appreciated bc dental anything gives me great anxiety. The assistant Mya was extremely knowledgeable and patient and Dr. Harkless was the cherry on top. She was extremely thorough and took her time to ensure all my questions were answered. Great experience all around

All the staff were friendly and very informative on the information they gave. The front desk ladies were great and very nice and the dentist she made me comfortable and feel ok to come back and take care of the issues. Can’t wait for the follow up see yall soon!

Would like to start off by I would not recommend first off they have work from home customer service!! Accept private insurance but will cancel your appointment if they don’t hear from you by 3pm very rude receptionist name Shay!! Get rid of her asap she make this company look distasteful she don’t know how to talk to people no compassion or sympathy.. this was a no go for me I’m taking my services somewhere else where I can feel respected and appreciated

I enjoy the atmosphere every time I’m there. The staff, music, the attention t detail that staff displays. The knowledge and experience they have when explaining their craft. The way they make you feel comfortable and confident about taking care of your teeth. 10 /10

I always have great experiences at Ferguson Dental! both the doctors and support staff are very clear about the work you're having done, and helpful when it comes to understanding your insurance/ the bill. i'd give them more than five stars, if I could.
