Not organize CNA’s need Their raises yesterday. The dietary need more staff so they can pass the food for the residence , so the can’s can take care of our family.The facility need more supplies to accommodate our family. The facility will be a great place if everybody act professionally and do their own jobs .Also pay Attention to the call lights , because you don’t know what they need . Amen,Amen. Seems like they don’t have the funds to fix things my mother been without hot water in her shower as long as she’s been in that room If the. Nurse managers get on the floor and help the CNA‘s with the call lights and emergency call lights when they’re feeding and lights be on I believe they should help if everybody helps each others in the nurse Department.

Not enough staff to care properly for a bed ridden patient, we are having a horrible experience. I'm scared to leave my dad alone here. Please do not put your loved one in this place!!

This place is horrible.....how does a 84 year old elderly dementia patient get raped in your facility......this is so heart breaking.....you need to be shut down.....and then you'll ignored the family when the accusations were first brought about....SMH

After hearing of all the abuse at this place, WHY, in the Name of God, is it still open!? Something wrong in the state of Missouri!
