Our family has been watching my grandfather disappear with what we suspect is some form of dementia and after so much time and denial we FINALLY got him to agree to see a neurologist, this neurologist. Today was the appointment and what happened? A sign on the door saying they are closed, will be back sometime in March. No phone call, no heads up, no one to contact. This wasn't a casual routine appointment, this was a lifeline for my grandfather and this practice clearly does not care about their patients. I strongly suggest nobody puts their health in the hands of this office.

Shoutout to Dr. Pavulari and his staff. They are so kind and patient. Dr. Pavulari Took his time to give me the proper diagnosis and changed my life. I recommend his team and himself to anybody in the area

Disappointing experience with this office. I called about a month ago, the man I spoke to on the phone told me my appointment was scheduled for 7/29 @ 2:45 & gave specific directions to the office- it sounded like his first day on the job, had to walk him though what information HE needed from ME. When I showed up for my appointment, I waited 20 mintes for check in, as the woman at the desk was helping another patient, which was fine I was more than happy to wait. When finally called up to check in, I was told I had no appointment scheduled for that day and I could not be seen- after a little back & forth, the woman found me in the computer system, but no appointment was made, frustrating! Office make me wait over 2 hours and they decide to put people before me even tho i was first. The excuse they give me is so dump. Is it was an "emergency" as they said the person should have go to the hospital. Almost make me lose my transportation and as a wheelchair person that i am that would been big trouble. So unprofessional no wonder he only have 2 stars.

This is NOT a review for Dr. Pavuluri, but for the other provider in the office and for the office staff. The office staff is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL group of women I’ve ever seen. Between the rudeness as they answer the phone, sloppy unprofessional attire, being on their phones non-stop, discussing patients personal information publicly, as well as discussing family problems to one another while patients sit there and are forced to listen.. it’s awful. The first appointment, we waited two hours to be seen. No one else was in the waiting room and not once did the office staff give us an update. The second appointment, the doctor ARRIVED 15 minutes AFTER our appointment time! And we still waited almost an hour after that to be seen! Not one update from the office staff… and when
