From my very first visit, it was clear that Dr Harsh is incredibly knowledgeable and at the top of his field. He took the time to give me a detailed explanation of my injury and the entire therapy plan, which made me feel confident and involved in my recovery. He utilized state of the art techniques, including dry needling, which was a complete game changer for my pain and mobility. He didn't just give me exercises, he explained the why behind each one, ensuring I understood the purpose and could do them correctly at home. I have treated with several PT providers in the past and Dr. Harsh is by far the most knowledgeable, hands on and effective therapist I have ever treated with. He thoroughly explains what he is doing and why including the anatomy and physiology behind the treatment. There is thorough discussion and evaluation at the conclusion of each session and the beginning of the next appointment. In working with other providers, I always felt I was given the same exercises over and over each week with minimal attention from the therapist. It's not the same with Dr. Harsh. He works with each person individually, guiding and explaining and adjusting the plan as needed. I am very grateful to you Dr. Harsh.

Dr. Harsh and his staff are wonderful. Very friendly, very caring team and knowledgeable. I suffer from chronic pain and numerous injuries and Dr. Harsh was up for the challenge. I went to Pure Physio for shock wave therapy for my plantar fasciitis. Dr. Harsh was able to determine the likely cause of my heel pain, that being a hip imbalance. He’s very knowledgeable and provides exercises you can do at home. He takes your goals into consideration when giving a treatment plan. The facility has a lot to offer, and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get back to exercising and sports pain free.
