Immediate Care

Please go anywhere else but here. I cant think of anything minor enough to be worth going here for. 5 months ago I had a pain on my leg that went from a feeling of soreness to very bad pain over night. I learned at this immediate care that the pain was a regular bacterial infection which formed and abscess. It was a little gross and all new to me. They prescribed me oral antibiotics for a week and sent me home. Over that time I barely had any change in condition, it was very painful to walk, lean over, or lay on my back. I then went to a dermatologist which when asking me about the history of the infection and what has been done, made a comment along the lines on how she was surprised it wasnt treated the way it usually was supposed to. I came in feeling absolutely awful. The woman at the front desk, Leah, was absolutely lovely. Her politeness and positive attitude given how extremely busy the facilty was at that time was above and beyond. A nice change from other urgent cares I have visited. The medical assistant was just as lovely, however I can’t remember her name. She was young with reddish hair. Caroline? Absolute sweetheart. My only complaint is the room I was in. The floor in there was awful. At first glance I thought it was dirt but it was rusty spots, looked pretty bad. Might want to update to match the other urgent cares in the area. But all in all my visit was a success. I will definitely return.

I came here two days ago for a sore throat and wow! Once I walked in I could care less about my throat! It was a winter wonderland! I was told Denise did all the decorating herself and wow, the effort she put into it. Really wish more places made their office a more cozy environment! During my wait ( which was very short) I really enjoyed the fish tank! Dr. Sheryl gave me a lot of knowledge of medicines and worked with me to get the best price on prescriptions. This was a very warm, friendly visit and I plan on coming back just to take my son to see the fish tank and winter wonderland!

My wife called here this morning bc she was embarrassed of her symptoms and the front desk lady went above and beyond to reassure her it’s normal in her opinion and it had actually happened to her to before to so she shared her experience and personal opinions usually mean they care more so me and her both would come her anytime we need care I love it wen urgent cares have understanding staff bc wen we don’t feel good a lot of us do have embarrassing symptoms /feel weird talking ab certain I hope everyone here is as kind and understanding/relatable like the First Lady (:

Needed to get my ears cleaned out. They did a great job. I had no pain while the ladies worked on getting the wax out. Thank you for doing such a superb job!!
