Springwood Lake Primary Care

The nurse practitioner I saw was fantastic. However, I was almost unable to ever get a person on the phone after my initial appointment. I have to wait 15 MIMUTES into a phone call to leave a message for someone to call me back. The fact that no one answers the phone and you have to wait that long to leave a message is ridiculous. Also, there are two phone numbers listed. One no longer works at all.

Springwood Lake Primary Care has always treated me with respect, and has made me feel heard. My NP takes time with me and is welcoming of questions. I left the doctors I formerly used because even though I had been a patient there for several years, I could not have picked my doctor out of a line-up. I think I saw him 3 times in 8 years. I appreciate Springwood Lake, and as I get older the kindness and patience they exhibit is important to me.

Doctor Sebrin is a highly professional with rich experience in the medical field, very attentive, polite, tactful. He was asking in details about my health issues. All the necessary tests and X-rays were taken during my first visit . The fallow up appointment was scheduled in six days after my first visit. Staff of this clinic is very polite, responsive, helpful. There are everything for patients: their own laboratory and necessary medical equipment for diagnostic. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

As a new patient, my first appointment was enjoyable. The staff was nice and showed they cared about your issues and my doctor was also amazing. She spoke clearly about my medication regiment and we spoke in depth about my medical history. It shows that she is a concerned doctor and not there for the paycheck. It was a fresh of breath air to have medical staff that actually show they are genuine about their job.

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Caroline White enough. She has always listened to me and made me feel respected and heard. She has been the best primary doctor I’ve ever had. She has incredible bedside manner and she truly wants to help you in any way possible. The staff is always happy and helpful. I love the women in the lab too!
