Springhill Village

I had my wife go to SPRINGHILL Village from February to May 1st 2025 for respite for me of 27 years of caring for her. During that 81 days they lost her clothes her wheelchair, messed up her rehab schedules for PT and disappointed our expectations of her care of cleanliness, lack of attention, and the communications from the upper staff of nurses to head nurse and managment was sub par at most! Therapy was not as expected and the understanding of my wife's situation and her frustration of being involved or shown compassion was only by a few nurses and the under staffed CNA's staff was dissapointing to say the least. DO NOT RECOMMEND Family was there in 2022 and had a good experience but it has gone downhill since then. Horrible experience with a family member that was there recently for physical therapy rehab. One evening, the nurse did not dispense evening lifesaving medications and there does not appear to be any type of internal controls in place that elevated this failure to a senior employee or to corporate. It is our understanding that no one in his section received their medications that evening. Appear to be understaffed and clearly one nurse simply did not do her job. Another evening, glucose was dangerously low and three phone calls to the facility went unanswered. Just look at the recent reviews with actual detail to figure out this place is run by highly inept and run by horrible people. I also have had the same experience as others from uncaring nurses to rude upper management. The state should honestly come in and shut this place down for how foul they treat people. I know the "owner" is someone in an office but just know you are supporting a horrible organization. If you look at how much turnover they have, that is all you need to know about how poorly this place is run.

I had a family member here and the care was subpar. I tried to reach out to the executive director and she was extremely unprofessional. I tried to talk to the maintenance person about my loved ones bed and he was very unprofessional. Stay away from this place because they do not care about your loved ones.

Really discouraging experience with my loved one, tried many many times to contact supervisors/head of nursing/social worker Sam/admissions leader jonah for consideration of circumstances needed for my loved ones care. Multiple times was told I'd have someone reach out to me after filing an incident report. Had been waiting for a phone call and contacted the receptionist multiple times to talk to different people trying to find a compromise before her passing away. Unfortunately the communication in this place is severely lacking. Staff was unsupportive and uncaring. If you have to put your loved ones somewhere for rehabilitation in her case or otherwise I would greatly recommend looking elsewhere. Staff truly dropped the ball all the way until the end of my grandmother's life. Showed no r
