From the moment you enter you feel comfortable, the receptionists, treat you with the greatest possible respect, guide you, help you and even make you laugh. Appointments are made very quickly by phone and in person. The dental assistants, tremendous make you feel very confident, work quickly and in order and are always on the lookout to support you as a client (patient). I don't feel any pain like in other places that I go before. The dentist in charge, wow! He listens to any question or doubt, always very attentive, respectful very cordial, friendly and professional. They returned my smile and my confidence. My son had a such a great and friendly experience here. He is extremely nervous and had a bad experience in the past at a different dental office. Coming to My Dental and meeting and seeing how the staff works has helped me to be able to protect my son's teeth and now im so much more happier and grateful for this team. There amazing!

My experience at My Dental has been absolutely amazing so far! So polite, open scheduling times and the work they have done so far exceeds expectations. I am so happy they get my appointments in quickly and fixed some of my teeth in time for the holidays!!! They are amazing and so courteous. I had a great experience with My Dental at the Springfield plaza. They helped me with a root canal,cap, and several fillings. I previously did not have insurance and they helped me come up with a payment option when other dentists wanted 100% upfront. Without this dentist I would still have tooth pain. The service was great and the dentist is careful not to cause pain when doing procedures. I would recommend anyone that needs dental work to give this place this place a call because your honestly not going to get a better deal, it was half the price with the best payment options basically anywhere.

Front desk, Tanisha and the doctor, Amazing people. They really do care about patients. Hardly recommend this clinic to others. They make you feel like family. I love this place. Feel very comfortable here.
