Terrible secretary. Get someone new to answer your phone as she is harming your business. Cut me off before I could explain why I was calling. Then lied and stated that my insurance wasn’t accepted which is why I didn’t get my referral. Plot twist, I had private insurance the year prior which was different. She is rude and unprofessional.

I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because of another doctor’s appointment that went over. I called to let them know. They told me to come back in 3 weeks. I had an active infection told them that would be irresponsible for me to wait that long. They called me irresponsible for being late. That really hit hard that day because I was in pain and I wasn’t in control of my timing. When I called back to rebook the next week I apologized and the receptionist told me they will not book me another appointment at their office. Name calling is inappropriate- there are other more professional ways to respond when a client is in a stressful situation.

Care was fine. Problem is with billing. Was billed for two visits. I paid the bill. Got another bill charging my insurance company with my deductible being 74$. Since I paid the full bill already I called to get resolution. We decided that Podiatrist would pay me back everything but 74$ (deductible amount). A month later I called again to check on the repayment. Got a check two weeks later. A few months later I got another bill charging me again for 74$. I threw it in the trash because I’m tired of having to deal with this and I started wondering if this was turning into an insurance scam. Thought it was all over, but got another bill for 74$ last week. What. The. Heck. Care was 4 stars. Billing is so poor there is not a low enough number.

Dr Smth always good since 2023 & staff always good service

Couldn't get an appointment scheduled. They called, I returned the call, and spoke to Lisa, after being placed on hold twice. She picks up telling me she didn't realize I was on hold. Proceeded to ask me what my insurance was before any formal introduction to her or SPA. Continued to TELL me what she needed for information. She seemed annoyed to have to take my call and the attitude following didn't give me a great experience. Lastly, when I mentioned I was all set because of these things, she got loud with me - so I needed to hang up.
