Springfield Podiatry - An Affiliate of Curalta Foot + Ankle

I visited Dr Seiler for chronic plantar fasciitis. Actual times with the Dr seemed very brief (<10 min) and showed little interest in collecting much info about my athletic activity contributing to my recovery plateau. I felt that she put everything on the physical therapist, and answers to my questions felt terse and impatient. I was hoping for a more detailed, consultative evaluation. The orthotic insoles that were recommended were super helpful, but she recommended the wrong size to me and I got stuck with them.  At a follow-up visit, she seemed to blame me for not using Voltaren gel that she claimed I was told to use and listed in my paperwork, but I checked later and it was not. She also added a metatarsal pad to my shoe but didn’t ask me to try walking in it and make sure it worked

Class Act! 1st visit—the entire experience was amazing. I could not wait to meet James Morse—who made me comfortable setting up my on-line account and when I did, James has such a welcoming spirit  I had questions and he was very patient with me and informative—which I truly appreciate. Mary is very thorough and an absolute asset to the office. As for Dr. Siegerman, her bedside manner is exceptional—she’s gentle AND she’s so funny. I am blessed to have found this location; what I consider to be a real gem and I’m looking forward to a long and lasting relationship.

My first time seeing Dr Danielle Seiler I was very comfortable and impressed. She seems to be new as a doctor because her bedside manner is that of a new doctor who actually connects with the patient!! I didn’t feel like a number. I look forward to working with her to help me heal in a healthy manner. The receptionist Monique was equally professional and pleasant. Thank you to you both.

My visit today was AWESOME. I have more answers in 45 minutes than I did in 2 years. From meeting James and Mary when I first came in - to meeting with Dr. Seiler - overall 10/10!!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff of Springfield Podiatry. The office personnel were very pleasant yet professional. I am handicapped and the staff made every effort to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I have great confidence in Dr Shin's ability. In addition, Dr. Shin has a very relaxed and friendly manner, yet maintains her professionalism. I spent a long time searching for a podiatrist that I felt I could trust. I highly recommend Springfield Podiatry.
