Dr. Nelson is one of the kindest vets and overall people that I have ever met! I have a Jack Russell who gets extremely anxious when he goes to the vet. Our old vets would point fingers and blame us or him for his behavior and not do anything to try to make him feel comfortable when coming in. From our first time at Broomall Animal hospital, they eased him into his appointments by starting out with a simple weight check while licking peanut butter and tried to make him as comfortable as possible. Dr. Nelson and her staff do not make us feel bad if an appointment does not go as smoothly as we hope. Most recently, I needed to come back for my dogs shots and she specifically made sure that he was in a different room then before to try to alleviate some of the stress that he felt when he last

I've been going to Broomall Animal Hospital since my first dog. Then cat and dog. Now many years later I have my third large dog a German Shepard who is turning 11 next month. The Veterinarian practice here is great and they really care for your animals no matter how big, small, young or old. This is a very caring vets' office.

Kit has been seeing Dr. Brady since he was just a year old or so (he's now 8), and we absolutely love him! He always takes great care of Kit during visits, advises me on things to continue to keep my cat healthy and answers any questions I may have. He is always so kind and I never feel rushed during our appointments either. Thank you Dr. Brady!

My wife and I have been taking our pets to Broomall Animal Hospital since 1997 when we bought our first dog, Midnight. In total, Dr. Brady and his staff have taken care of our 3 dogs and 4 cats over the years. Last week, we took our dog, Theo, for his annual check up and his shots. 28 years of taking care of our beloved pets. Just in June, we had to put our 14 year old dog, Chance, to sleep. The staff was very supporting during this difficult time. They told me not to worry about paying for the services that day as I was grieving. Dr. Brady and his team followed up via email offering their condolences for our loss and also send a personalized card signed by their entire staff, each mentioning our good boy by name.
