Jacqueline Scheier

I don’t know what me and my Aunt would have done without Dr. Scheier and her staff over the past year. My Aunt is 89 and has Alzheimer’s. She fell and broke her femur in August of 2024 and spent 3 1/2 months in a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Upon discharge, she was sent home with me. Over the past 4 months, she has been receiving home PT and OT. We have been in constant contact with Dr Scheier’s office for medications, and Durable Medical Equipment that we needed her to order for us and her staff was on the ball with everything. Even the Physical Therapists commented about the ease of getting what they needed from Dr. Scheier and her staff to treat my Aunt. Her bedside manner is second to none. Neither my Aunt nor I could be in better hands. We are fortunate to have

Dr.Scheier has been great! She actually listens to you and if something is wrong she will dig deep into finding out what’s wrong as well as give treatment options. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done. The office staff has also been a great help!

I love love this Dr and even the practitioner but I do dread calling and even coming in with Carla at the desk. This is the second time this women has given me attitude and was just down right rotten. The first time I had a huge boil on my leg and because she didn’t listen on the phone she told me to go to the ER and hung up on me. This was at the time reported to Dr Jackie. Today Carla gave me attitude for being early in an empty office then proceeded to talk about me behind the plastic. Saying she don’t have the time today and “she ain’t the one” it seemed like the other lady was tryna avoid the conversation while she bashed me. Dr. Scheier, has been the only physician that has taken the time to listen to my needs. The staff is great,as well. Carla at the front desk, is also very helpful,and really cares about the patients.

Don’t bother. Dr. Scheier is notoriously unavailable. In the past year I have tried to make a sick appointment 3 times and each time I was not called back. It’s hard to reach someone through the phone and every time you leave a voicemail it will go unanswered. Most recently, I tried to make a sick appointment after finally getting through following 2 days of calling and leaving messages. I was told the earliest available time was 2 weeks later. Really defeats the purpose of having a primary care if you’ve got to run to urgent care each time…
