Springfield Pharmacy

This man is really just here in town to make money. He does not care about your wellbeing at all very rude telling me he never told me he’d fill my script even though I’ve got proof if it. I’ve got serious health problems he wouldn’t care if I had a seizure as he turns me away I’m in tears not able to get my anti seizure medication after his employee earlier in the day said no problem we’ve got it. This man is an nasty man he needs prayers because he’s pure evil. If you’ve got any type of serious health issues trust me when I say he will not help unless he’s making good money off you. His words “ That medication is too expensive so I’d never carry it” hmmm why then did your employee tell you had it and would fill it!? Absolutely heartless person. Karma will come back for him this I’m sure

They are very friendly and have medications filled a lot faster then other pharmacies around this area.

Very friendly staff. Good service in the pharmacy. (Prices very high for most anything else.) I didn't give it 5 stars this time because they haven't have the drive through open when I come anymore. They said it was a staffing issue. I hope it gets resolved soon.

This is hands down the best pharmacy in Springfield. Always had good experiences with this pharmacy since I switched a few years back. And they deliver!! The delivery man is very nice and friendly

I placed a reorder on one of my diabetic medicines that is sometimes hard to get in stock, however when I went into the pharmacy a week after ordering (when I needed to take my medicine), I was informed that they were not going to fill that prescription because they wouldn't make money on it. While I can understand their reasoning, they should have notified me by phone when I reordered it that they would not be offering it for me instead on waiting for me to come pick it up a week later. They were extremely polite and courteous, and I would have completely understood had they let me know beforehand that I would have to go elsewhere.
