all I can say is if you actually love and care about your family member / their well being then you need to do whatever you can to keep them away from this place. I spent everyday in here with my family member for nearly two weeks and was absolutely blown away at what I saw. There are about 5-6 employees in this entire building who actually care about what they are doing and bless their souls but that doesn’t change the problem. 98% of the night shift is careless and neglectful, and lots of these LNAs have NO clue what to do with a person in need of actual help and care, they will also lie to your face. Place should be shut down.

There are a few cnas here that stand head and shouldrrs. Above the rest. The management is so poor here that just a handful of these few are constantly on the move because there are never enough cns to help all the folks that need them within a reasonable time and that is very bad for me when I have to wait and wait and for the most basic. Care that I need..... so insult becomes injury when less competent aids finally answer my call light only to turn it off and then say"i'll" tell somebody andwalk out after I state what I need.then I have to call again and again

The care of the patient today looked good. He was clean looking and comfortable looking. He was sleeping during my visit. He was not disturbed. The building looks to be a bit outdated. ●Additional information: the very next day this patient died. Second person that I visited there in the past three months or so, that died there. Not blaming anyone, just telling it, like it is.

Staff comes home crying daily because they are unsupported. You should be ashamed of how you run your facility. I worked as an LNA for 15 years and I have never seen or heard so many horror stories! It takes a team meaning the entire facility . Especially meal times! Run pass trays, go help pick up trays, answer lights, feed a resident during these times All hands on deck ( all departments ) Come on Genesis get it together before you lose some amazing staff that actually care for their residents! Sign in system was simple enough. It said it was going to print a ticket, however it didn’t. Building was clean. Residents were helpful. A couple of staff talking on the first floor didn’t acknowledge us at all I had to interrupt their conversation and they were still standing there chatting on our way out. Residents were better PR than staff
