Springfield Pharmacy

I never post reviews but this pharmacy truly is the best. Someone complaining about long hold times is unreal. Try calling CVS pharmacy, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I started coming here 2 years ago. They always answer my calls and they always deliver my prescriptions in a timely manner. They trust me to pay the bill once its delivered (which I will always do). My medication is always in stock and the staff is always friendly. Whoever was complaining about having to wait. This world doesnt revolve around you. These people truly do care. Ill drive an hour out of my way if I have to. Never again will I go to CVS or Walgreens. I tell everyone I know how awesome this pharmacy truly is.

The staff is very unprofessional and extremely desperate for business. Long hold times even though their slogan is “we value our patients.” Perhaps if they were more professional and genuinely value their customers they would not have to be so desperate to hold onto every single prescription. Would never refer this pathetic pharmacy to anyone. CVS would be a better choice. The owner also lies to the insurance company refusing to reverse prescriptions that are filled and not picked up by patients who requests transfers to other pharmacies. If you want to use an honest pharmacy with morals, AVOID THIS PHARMACY!

CCA insurance agent referred me that the Pharmacy has delivery service. Provider prescribed the order, however, a week beyond, they never contact you and patients live without medication. When we called them, reply they will deliver today, but never ever show up. No promising, zero service phamacy ever. Don’t go there.

Great service and very great customer service. As a person with anxiety they are very easy to talk to and responsive. Happy to find a pharmacy that’s close to home and delivers with my busy schedule!

I love this place! I'm so glad my nurse that I had up until a year ago changed my prescriptions to them. Very rarely do I run out, and that is due to the availability of the medication. The staff is friendly and respectful. The delivery service is spot on and calls when they are just around the corner. Mike is my delivery person, and I can't say enough good about him. My neighbors always tell me when I see them, "Your drug dealer came today, right?" They are joking about it the way they say it. They mean oh you're medication was delivered today. This means my prescriptions, which technically are drugs but legal. I really have nothing negative to say about this pharmacy. Wish I could give them more stars than 5. I would give them infinity stars. Keep up the great work, Springfield
