Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care! From the moment I walked in, Porcha, Lakita and the team up front were so welcoming and friendly. The people in the back were just as kind, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. And Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing — professional, gentle, and very thorough.

I have been coming here for a few years and always receive amazing service. Whether I’m at the front desk, getting a cleaning, or a routine exam, everyone is very kinda and knowledgeable. Whenever I have questions about anything - insurance, scheduling, or my care plan, I always receive the answers I need. I have never had a bad experience here in the 4+ years I’ve been coming here. I drive from Maryland for this care team and will continue to do so. Thank you to the Springfield Dental team!

After learning I needed a root canal retreatment, I was referred to Springfield Dental Group for evaluation. I have visited many dentist offices over my lifetime and have to say; this was one of my best experiences. What made it the best was everyone (Porscha, Sarah, Lakita, Kyle) and especially Dr. Coston were exceptionally professional, engaging, and made me feel very comfortable from the start. Dr. Coston explained the evaluation and retreatment process, answered all my questions, and conducted a thorough examination before starting. I felt very confident in his assessment and appreciated his candidness about the potential of discovering a tooth fracture that the x-ray images did not show. I have been coming to this practice for years and have had nothing but positive, helpful experiences — until meeting Porscha. If Sarah and Brittany had not stepped in, this would be a one-star review. Those two deserve ten stars for their dedication, effort, and genuine kindness. I arrived at my confirmed 4:00 p.m. appointment, clearly stated my name and appointment time, and before anyone even checked me in, Porscha — who wasn’t assisting me — was towering over the front desk staff and said in a curt tone, “She never confirmed, I cancelled that,” and walked away. She did not address me directly, did not verify information, and did not greet me. She simply canceled my appointment and dismissed me publicly. My appointment was canceled with zero notification. I am going for my regular cleaning, then they x-ray me, doctor start recommending deep cleaning. I said ok, I can schedule that but today let me get the regular cleaning that my insurance pays twice a year. They refuse to give it and insist on deep cleaning. Then every time si come there, they would sell other things to me like crown, teeth guard. This place in my opinion cares only about making money. Not recommending this place.
