Dr. Niel and Tracey did a fantastic job with my daughter’s dental implant. It was challenging bc she was away at college. They bent over backwards to meet her schedule. Cannot thank them and office staff enough.

I had two large fillings completed at the same time and the experience was as good as it could have been and better than I thought it would be. Dr. Smiley and her assistant were both very professional and proficient. Thank you both.

Dr. Smiley and her assistant Ashley were amazing. I had a dental emergency while visiting in Virginia. My neice contacted Dr Smiley, her dentist, to ask for help. Dr. Smiley called me on a Friday night and offered to see me on Saturday morning. She saw me, examined me and did some testing. She gave me a referral to take to a specialist. She and Ashley were wonderful. They were both were friendly, helpful, kind, and caring. Thank you so much!

My daughter loves West Springfield Dental Arts. She would go to the dentist every week if I let her. Everyone there is kind and gentle. At her former pediatric dentist, she could not get x-rays done, but here she did it no problem. My whole family loves the providers in this office.
