I came to Fox Family Dentistry for a second opinion but left excited to call them our family’s new Dentist. The entire staff - everyone that I had interacted with were so friendly and professional. Freddy was gentle and careful to be sure I was comfortable. His room/area had a peaceful view of squirrels and birds living in the surrounding trees. & then I had the pleasure to see Dr. Lina Park - she has excellent bedside manner and was so very helpful in answering my plethora of questions. She was very sweet, kind, knowledgeable/insightful, patient and most of all I felt like she genuinely cared. The checkout clerks were down to earth with upbeat attitudes. As a family who moves often, finding a dentist is daunting. Fox Family came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Easy to get an appointment. Location has plenty of parking and the office itself is cozy and welcoming. Every staff member was kind and took their time helping us. We saw Dr. Lina and adored her!

I relocated to the area last March and had a terrible experience at another facility… they claimed I needed services I did not need and had “a minor cavity”. I have never had a cavity and flew home to Texas to see my trusted dentist who confirmed I did not need $2k worth of services and did not have a cavity. I realized flying home for cleanings wasn’t going to be the best use of time or money- and Fox Family was recommended to me. I can not say enough positive things. I had a temporary lower bridge put in today and was really nervous about it. Dr. Bibi and Joanna were wonderful - putting me at ease through the entire process. Everyone at Fox Family Dentistry has been terrific - very highly recommend both the Springfield and Burke practices!
