Spring Spa

My adult granddaughter was having some issues with her back and wanted a massage. She found this facility late Saturday night and was elated to see that they took walk-ins and were open on Sunday. We arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after opening. Upon entering no one was at the front desk but a young lady appeared shortly after we walked in. My GD requested a 60 minute massage. It wasn’t available at the time she was told by the young lady. My Gd asked when it would be available. “Maybe 4 o’clock today but not sure ok?” was the answer. My Gd asked if 4’oclock was definitely available. “I’m not sure ok?” was the answer. My Gd then asked about availability for 12 noon Monday. “Um I don’t know ok?” was the response. Today was my second time visiting Spring Spa. I have no complaints from either massage; just a bit of advice for you if you decide to go here (or anywhere, probably) for a massage. Unless you’re injured or very highly sensitive, when asked if you want medium or hard, say hard every time. I’ve always asked for medium, but felt more tense and tight than usual this evening so decided to go for hard. I went from tense, nearly cramped - particularly in my shoulders/traps and calves - to trying to make it home without falling sleep. Lili melted my muscles like butter. Never medium again; hard is the way. Thanks, Lili! 🙏

i booked an appointment for this afternoon. I asked just for the reflexology she proceeded to do a half of a back massage. All I wanted was just my feet done. Then she asked me for a tip. It wasn't the best experience in my opinion. I gave her $3.00. I don't think she should have asked me for a tip she didn't do a good of a job. I want be back. Thats probably why the Parking lot is always empty Never again. Highly disappointed

So I normally go once a month and have a great experience with the lady who is there all the time(think she is the owner). Yesterday I called and was told to come in. Upon arriving a lady I never seen us going to tell me I can only get a 30 minute massage when I always get a hour. So I’m like ok. I pay her. We get in there every time the door opens she keeps leaving out so I know for a fact I didn’t get my full service but it’s cool. Now we are done upon leaving I asked for change so I can tip she going tell me what tip I gotta give her. O no ma’am find me some change. She kept stalling and I kept waiting. I have severe back problems from a previous car accident and go for massages frequently. I was in town and decided to try Spring Spa. I will say, this is one of the cleanest, most relaxing spas I have ever been in. The staff was very professional and skilled in massage therapy. I chose an hour massage and it was great! She did a wonderful deep tissue, that relieved the pain in my lower back from the disc issues I have. She even offered the hot stones and that was great as well. I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Spring Spa.
