I took my 4 year old daughter here for a broken arm. Long story short, the physician did nothing. The physician did not assess the arm nor wrote a prescription for pain. She wrote a referral to the local imaging center. She received the results the same day but did not call me. I called the next morning for the x ray results and was notified that x ray was performed on the wrong part of her arm. I took her to Duke immediately and within 2 hours my daughter had her x ray, cast and was no longer in pain... What physician allows a 4 year to go all night without care. I will be reporting them to my insurance company and board. This is unacceptable and cruel.

The medical assistant made a mistake and I had to sit in the room waiting for an hour when I only needed a blood draw, when Liz came in the room and said that this was not an appointment with her I said this is ridiculous an hour wait because of her staffs mistake she got rude and said no it's not ridiculous. When I was waiting for an order for blood draw for another facility because her incompetent medical assistant couldn't figure out how to draw blood I heard her and Liz talking about me and laughing, very unprofessional physician assistant and staff. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

My husband and I have finally found our new doctor. You can be seen when you need too and not have to wait until the next week. You know Liz will see you not a new intern in training. The whole staff is great. We couldn't ask for better.🙂

The receptionist, and nurse were polite. The doctor however did not greet my daughter (the patient), and had a horrible bedside manner. I would recommend going elsewhere prior to coming here as a last resort.

Liz is probably the greatest practitioner I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
