Spring Ridge Family Dental Care

This dentist was extremely rude to my 90+ yo grandmother and her husband. The way she spoke to them was so aggressive and not at all friendly. Instead of taking a moment to be kind and understanding to 2 seniors, who sometimes get confused and helping them, which would have taken less time then it took her to verbally attack them and then claim that she was being attacked. Tho none of us had at any time raised our voices or made any accusations but were just trying to figure out what was going on. Because my grandmother's husband got confused and provided me with some misinformation, not knowing their were 3 other dental practices in the business center. Anyone who speaks to senior citizens in the manner that she did, I would NOT recommend going to and would give her zero stars if that was

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. Do not go to this place. I am at a real dentist now. She basically did the easy stuff and broke up a deep cleaning into multiple visits to increase the copay. She can't do anything but 14 minute fillings. Wants to refer anything but a 25 minute visit to others. Lazy and cannot be trusted. My new dentist is correcting and fixing all her previous so called work. I never saw another patient in that place. Stay away.

Read the reviews first! If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently moved to the Frederick area and needed a new dentist. After an exam and x-rays, I was told I had several cavities and needed two deep cleanings. That didn’t sound right, so I got a second opinion from my longtime dentist — who confirmed I had no cavities and didn’t need any special cleaning. Needless to say, I won’t be back. A family member was told the same thing after their first visit, so we’ll see what their second opinion says.

Terrible experience. After I arrived, her and her receptionist took my insurance cards and had a long whispered pow-wow behind the counter before they took me back. She stated that she would not charge me for anything today; that it would be an initial exam. She took some xrays and then took the gum probe and proceeded to make me bleed in a way I have never experienced with any other dentist. She then told me that I would require a cleaning that would be paid out of pocket for $220, and refused to do the cleaning covered by insurance. Today I see that she charged my insurance for an exam and about 7 xrays to the tune of $250 when she did absolutely no real work on me, and I was in and out of her chair in about thirty minutes. I would stay away from this dentist. From my experience on 1/26/22 , they are trying to get customers to pay for dental service that is not needed and that the customer insurance will not cover. This was my first and last visit. I visited for for a basic 6 month cleaning, upon arrival presentation was good, customer service was good, friendly. She has all her credentials posted on the wall in the lobby. I thought another good. The Dentist and assistant were nice and friendly and will even listen to you but the dentist is a fast slick talker. After taking x-rays she mentioned she would be doing a test ok kindness make you trust. The test was poking my gum and shouting out random numbers sounded professional at first but midway through sound bit unrealistic to me, then that feeling raised
