Spring Mill Meadows

I love this facility. Very nice and very clean. You can tell the staff know all their residents very well. The management team is great! They know your name after seeing you once and that’s always great to see. Special shoutout to their SSA Mackenzie. She’s great and has a really good relation with the families. Very respectful and always has a smile. I would recommend this building.

It's clear most people here dont give a crap about the patients, or their job. The PM shift nurses have horrible attitudes, and act as if you are bothering them if you ask any questions. Day shift is hit or miss, there are a few nice people on day shift. If you can afford better do NOT send your loved one here. Absolutely horrible facility!

My dad has been at Spring Mill for a year and a half. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. With all of the procedures due to COVID, we are always well-informed on how we can visit and drop things off. There have been daily texts and emails for months now, which is nice to know they are keeping up with everything going on. We are always informed of things we should be. Any issues we have had have been addressed and resolved. I really appreciate all they do to keep my father safe and healthy. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

My loved one is at Spring Mill for physical therapy. I had a challenging time find a good facility in which he and our family felt comfortable. I had many questions and concerns as I had never been in charge of finding to a rehab facility before. On my 1st phone call to Spring Mill, I spoke with Lindsay Arthur who is the Director of Admissions. She has been extremely helpful throughout the admission process as I was lost in the paperwork and necessary requirements. I was very stressed and overwhelmed trying to do what is usually handled by the hospital discharge nurse. I conveyed my confusion and she gave me her personal contact info right away in case I had questions or concerns. She has from that moment on been a lifesaver.. prompt and attentive to my loved one's stay..making sure h
