Spring Dental

I have been a patient of Spring Dental for over a year, the dental hygienist Pang is amazing, she is friendly, respectful professional and very gentle. My dentist Dr. Kellan is great and caring. My experience at spring dental has been positive every time I go for my oral care. All the staff is courteous and I usually don’t have to wait for a long time. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars it is because they do not communicate in a timely manner with the insurance to get prior authorization in a timely manner. I like that many of the assistants are bilingual in Spanish and English, I like that they ask me what language I would like them to communicate with me at my visit. I had the pleasure of having Alondra assisting Pang on my last visit. I definitely recommend this dental office to anyo

I went in Dec for a crown, at that time I told them I was changing insurance companies in the new year, they said they didn't accept my new insurance, but to call them when I received my new insurance card and to give them the information and they would call to see if they could do it, that was Jan 19th. Two weeks later I hadn't heard anything, so I called them back, and once again I gave them all my new insurance information and they said they would call me back to let me know either way....I did not hear anything again, so after a week I sent them an email via their website, once again no response. I then called up last week and told them that I would like to have all my dental records seeing as they couldn't be bothered to let me know anything. In which case they did send me my records

I am very satisfied with my experience at spring dental on memorial! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

Been coming here since I was a kid, got my braces done here and a prosthetic they always been very informative and helpful and kind, I love this place and would recommend to anybody that’s has anxiety/fear about the dentist, The staff and doctors are amazing and professional!!

I am in my 30s, Ive had braces before and I've been to MANY different dentist.... I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist to.. this spring dental office has went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Answered all the questions. Everyone in this office is so polite. If you need a good dentist, go see them I promise your in great hands. 1000/10! Thank you Spring Dental.
