After seeing this Dr. (Calonje) for my annual checkup in August, I went back and asked him to sign a form from my insurance to show that I was analyzed by him, he refused. His secretary never had the decency to call me back to make an appointment as promised. Tried calling several times and leaving messages...Two weeks later I finally called back and got them to provide me with a receipt. I felt like I was asking for a difficult favor...Not very professional, wouldn't waste any more time with Dr. Ronaldo Calonje!!!
