I gave them three stars because at least they aren’t as nasty as the critendens ladies. Still however, their customer service is absolutely atrocious I have no idea how they can stay in business with so much competition that knows how to treat customers.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I usually pick up my prescription from Spencers. Mary who answered the phone was not helpful at all, had a nasty attitude when asked to check on a prescription. She hung up on me when I asked to check if they had it ready. I called back and talked to another employee who had no problem checking and it took less than 5 minutes. Hope Spencers can work on there customer service.

I won't go anywhere else! Just a small example of the quality of customer service they provide: I called 30min before closing, the day before a holiday, because I realized I was almost out of my meds and Spencers had them ready and waiting for me when I got there 15min later. Reasonable prices, fast service, helpful staff, and excellent customer service....it doesn't get any better!
