Absolutely fantastic dental clinic! The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The dentist explained my treatment clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The clinic is modern, clean, and efficiently run. My procedure went smoothly, and the results were excellent. I left feeling confident and well cared for.

Established care today as a new patient and was warmly welcome by the Dental Hygienist Holly. She was very sweet and understanding when it came to my anxiety of being at the dentist. She made sure to tell me what she was doing and when she was doing it making me feel very at ease. Mrs. Stables is absolutely amazing! She was very gentle and I went from being very nervous to very calm throughout the visit. She helped me restore my smile back.10/10 recommend💜

The dental work here is very good, and most of the staff are friendly and professional. I had a large procedure done in October, and while insurance covered part of it, the approval process took some time. The insurance adjustment was finalized on December 15, and I received a bill for $1,485 dated December 16. I was willing to make payments—paying about half upfront and then making two or three additional payments to bring the balance down. Unfortunately, I was told this was not an option and that I would need to reschedule an appointment I had already booked months in advance and planned my schedule around. The good: The cleaning and bedside manner. The bad unfortunately outweighed the good. Original appointment was December 2024. We were told our insurance was in network but January 2025 we received a bill for over $400 for just two adult routine cleanings. And this started a rabbit hole. We tried to get in touch with the office and each time we were given an excuse, as was our dental insurance. No one could get ahold of them for 8 months but we kept receiving the billing statement almost monthly. Our insurance told us not to pay and sent it to fraud. A month after a fraud complaint was made our insurance informed the office what they were doing was illegal and the must stop and gave the amount they are able to bill. Dr Staples is an excellent dentist and staff friendly and attentive. Sometimes it's hard to get them to answer the phone or you back when you leave a message. But I just live around the corner so I go in and make an appointment. And remember to keep your number and address updated.
