Only giving a 1 star bc the front desk receptionist is sweet and helpful. In the back, PT Tim, is a NO! We had issues from the start. Saw him 4 times before we got into an argument and it ended with me telling him to get away from me and stop talking to me and I was not coming back. He told me I was not in pain. Told me my pain sites weren't legit. Told me I needed to do more research on my complaints before coming to him. Raised his voice at me. Very unprofessional. Not willing to help. Not a kind person at all.

The girl at the front desk seems to be annoyed when you ask her questions or try to bring other issues to her attention. So far the therapist seem to be professional and caring.

Unacceptable One month wait just to be reviewed to see if you can be a patient for PT. My initial conversation with the receptionist led me to believe they really didn't want me as a patient.

I have never had PT before. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them

Ok Parking is Short and Limited. However I am Enjoying Mr. Tim and El (front desk). Mr. Tim has been so Helpful and Informative to Me...I do thank you truly..
