I’ve been coming here for years now and haven’t had a complaint, yet. I even brought my son’s glasses in for repair because he broke one of the arms. The switched out the old ones and added new arms that matched for free. I’m not saying to go for free stuff, they are all nice and genuinely want to help. Give them a try…

Had a great experience a few years ago. This was the only optometrist I've ever visited that actually did a thorough job in my opinion. She saw swelling behind my eyes and referred me to an opthalmologist. After a lot of tests luckily it was determined I didn't have anything deemed too serious of a condition (but one I get check ups on yearly now). Returning soon for another eye exam. Highly recommend.

don’t come to this place, they try to get your more money after they bills to your insurance and after check your vision and get glasses even you can’t wear 5’’ , come back and tell them about it but they want charge more. finally shouldn’t come this place.

Went there on 3/3/25 to pick up my eye glasses. I brought in my own frames and had them put in Blue light filter and anti-reflective perscription lens. When I arrived to pick them up, they had a weird matrix of checkered/waffle pattern and other irregular shapes and a kind of kaleidoscope of various colors on the outside of the lens. The manager first said that the cloth they gave me was wet and that is why. I told her the cloth is not wet and I didn't have water to have gotten it wet. Besides, WATER DOES NOT DAMAGE EYEGLASS LENS. She yelled something to the younger woman. Then said it was the Blue light filter. I told her that I have glasses that have the Bue light filter and they don't look like that. She rubbed it with another cloth and gave it to me. I told her that I still see it. Her

A very rare find in OC!!! The frames are durable and affordable. The turn around time from order to delivery is extremely efficient. They always give me a friendly reminder for my annual eye exam (which I need) and have more than proven to me that they stand behind their products. I started needing glasses at almost 30 years old. My first pair was bought at a major chain because I thought reputation equaled quality but it didn't. I had that first pair damaged beyond use without repair around 6 months. They wouldnt repair them only give me an address to their repair dept where I could mail the glasses have them price me if repairable and mail back. A 7-10 business day process without glasses. Spectrum Vision my second pair of glasses damaged a year later by my own negligence. I ask
