Horizon Optometry Group - Beach Office

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM, but I was not seen until 5:00 PM ( closing time). During my wait, another patient who arrived after me was allowed to see the doctor first because the staff mentioned her visit would be quick. I understand that situations can vary, but this was frustrating given that I had been waiting for an hour. Additionally, the staff were not friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling and customer service in the future.

The office is very beautiful, clean. The staff are very nice and professional. They paid 100% attention to the patient. We love it. Dr Phuong is very sweet, caring, and has his expertise They have the high end technology equipment and all different brand name glasses.

Every staff is nice. Dr. Tea is super nice, super cool with her techniques which made my 6-year-old son feel comfortable for his first ever eye exam. Highly recommended for kids and adults.

My fist visit was amazing!!! The front desk service and everyone that works there are really nice. They really know how to take care of there clients. Thank you! You guys made everything so easy for me.

Dr.Tee is very nice, she took her time & explain to me clearly all the questions I had about my son Ortho K.
