He's unbelievably skilled and highly acute to empathizing with my needs, concerns, and comfort. When I raised concerns about my TMJ splint, he didn't hesitate to thoroughly explain how the splint worked in tandem with my jaw. He is incredibly educated in understanding how much he can adjust my TMJ splint without compromising my bite. The doctor also explained how important flossing is and the right technique, and since then, I've never skipped flossing even though it's an extra step in the routine. Dr. Nguyen is an absolute master craftsman and his staff couldn't be more friendly, comforting, and professional. I woke up with a SEVERE toothache, unbearable throbbing pain, The Star Bright Dental staff was able to see me the same day, I'm forever grateful for that. I was being a baby, I don't do well with dentist's, the staff comforted me throughout the entire process, they even gave me a soft cuddle buddy to squeeze because they knew I was extremely tense and had very bad anxiety. Dr. Nguyen and his staff did an amazing job on my implant. I was really anxious and nervous and the staff was so supportive and understanding which I greatly appreciated! I had absolutely no pain and it took very little time.
