I highly recommend Spay Neuter Northwest! We drove from Mount Vernon to have our cats, Francesca and Millie, spayed because their pricing was much more affordable than other clinics, and they didn’t have a 3+ month waitlist. Dr. Monroe and her team took excellent care of our girls and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel like I was a bother. We’re now about four days post-surgery, and they’re healing beautifully! They sent helpful reminders about the appointment and clearly explained what paperwork needed to be completed ahead of time. The entire process was smooth and stress-free for us, and they made sure our cats were comfortable too by providing two days of pain medication. We’re so grateful! thank you for everything! took my kitten in to get neutered, will absolutely be recommending to anybody who needs services! instructions for before and after are very clear, both in person and the information they send on email. lovely staff took care of my baby boy wonderfully. never had any complications and sent us home with a crinkle ball toy and pain meds for him! such an amazing price and such an easy process made it less stressful for me and my kitty! thank you so much!

Took my girl Mochi in to be spayed, their booking process online was great, with plenty of reminders, and their check-in and check out process was quick, efficient, and amazing. my dog was taken great care of and they even gave me a midday update! Not only all of that, but they also alerted me to another potential thing to keep an eye on with something in her mouth, I really appreciated it and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I was a little worried about dropping my cat Bert off for the whole day at some random place off the side of the highway. The appointment making process seemed too easy, and I was picturing some kind of genital guillotine factory line. I should have just read all the other reviews, and then I wouldn't have been as stressed. It turned out to be a phenomenal experience (for both me and Bert). The staff I interacted with was the best, and the reason everything seemed too easy is because they know exactly what they are doing and have their processes down pat. The post-op instructions were super clear, there were tons of additional little things they checked for (fleas, nails, worms, etc), and the communication was phenomenal. Couldn't recommend more.

They are super affordable, very professional and kind. The entire process was easy and fast. They took great care of my kitty, and made sure she was very comfortable after her spay. I highly recommend this clinic, they do such a great service. 👍
