Ferndale Dental

Really trying to sue me over $263.60 bill. This is for a service I was never informed would cost. I got the service under the impression it was covered by my insurance since none of the staff informed me about a charge. Was aware until I got a surprise bill in the mail a while later and a agent showing up at my door with a summons. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAY SURPRISE BILLS IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! This is an amazing facility, which seems to be newly remodeled. I was met by Laural and another young lady at the front desk with a smile. Mr. Miller's dental assistant was prompt to invite me back for my appointment. It was very clean. There was no debris on the carpets, and the rooms were clean. The music was appropriate for the environment. There is disabled parking, although I did not see if there was any automated door access. The parking lot is easy to navigate, as well as easy to enter and exit from the main road. My children have been seen here, as well as well as my wife. This was my first visit, and I would recommend them for the entire family.

Dr. Miller is a skilled and experienced dentist. He and his staff do an exceptional job. They are warm and welcoming each time. We have been going to Ferndale Dental for years now and they continue to take such great care of our family. Hands down, we've never had a better dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and team to you and your family!

If I lived here, I'd make them my dentist! I was visiting my parents when my temporary crown came off. I called Ferndale Dental and Riley was polite and helpful. She was able to get me in the same day. The new office is modern, clean and professional. When I arrived, the wait was minimal. Courtney (?) was able to put my crown back on with ease. Dr. Brandon came in to say "Hi" and was friendly and professional. I recommend Ferndale Dental to anyone needing a local dentist

Ferndale Dental is an amazing office. Dr. Miller and his staff treat their patients with respect and perform quality work. They are conservative with treatment and do not over diagnose with unnecessary work like some offices do. I will only let Dr. Miller work on my teeth because I know that he will always be honest with what treatment needs to be done and will do excellent work that is functionally sound to last a very long time and also aesthetically looks like the natural tooth. He takes pride in his work and strives to give each patient the best care. Ferndale dental exceeds my expectations when is comes to dental care. I would highly recommend.
