I’ve had ups and downs with this pharmacy. The biggest issue is the lack of communication. There are no updates on prescription status. I never know if something is ready, if they’ve contacted the doctor, if a medication is in stock or if it will be a week wait. It’s usually radio silence, and I often have to call to follow up or re-request a refill. Some of the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful! They’re the reason for the stars here. Others can make it feel like your call is a massive inconvenience. But I do appreciate how they work with my insurance and the wonderful women who’ve helped me in person. I’d love to see a text update system added. It would really improve the experience. Please, please consider it!

DO NOT GO HERE. This pharmacy is a joke. I called twice asking for an update on my refill and they said it was ordered. I called back at the end of the month and they told me they gave my medication to someone else because "they needed it too." THEN WHY NOT ORDER MORE? So I did not get my medication that month because they were negligent and didn't order enough for all their customers. Insane. Not to mention all their shelves are empty. I would honestly believe it if someone told me this shop was a front for something else because the customer service is THAT bad.

I wanted to support local and used this pharmacy for several years. The lack of communication when medication wasn't in stock, prescriptions not being ready after called in by the doctor, and annoyance from the assistants when questioned on when medications would be available was disappointing. I shouldn't have to call multiple times and make multiple trips to the pharmacy to figure out when my medications will be ready for pick up. Maybe their niche is deliveries and compounded medications, but for your maintenance meds and refills it takes more effort than it should with terrible customer service to top it off.

This pharmacy gives excellent service and the employees seem to be treated well too. They never seem to have the half frantic look many chain pharmacy employees do

We have been a customers of Custom RX shop for a few years. They have been very very good and deliveries are great. But recently over the last few months its been very difficult to communicate with them. The clerks dont seem to have a clue what is going on and getting refills has been a fight, every time. Always the excuse they don't receive them. We are with Peacehealth. The portal shows the refills being sent. So we have to get on the phone with them and get them to resend. Sometimes multiple times. Somehow they don't seen to get them. My wife spent a whole week without critical meds (blood pressure, stomach and depression) and was literally cut off cold turkey while she had to argue with them about the refills. If you don't talk to Kevin, nothing will get done. Sadly its t
