I had a wonderful experience with Melissa at Spartaworks. I personally used the BEMER therapy and had it for 2 weeks at my own home and it has helped me relieve inflammation and joint pain. The owner, Melissa, is extremely knowledgeable—not only about the BEMER technology itself, but also in how to apply it specifically to individual needs. She was very caring and attentive, regularly checking in on how I was feeling during and after the sessions. Overall, I felt truly supported and well cared for, and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for holistic pain relief and wellness support.

Melissa’s shop is a wonderful and relaxing experience. She offers amazing treatments, breath work classes and so much more. The Body Based Breathwork session with Melissa was an incredibly cathartic and rewarding experience. I had been interested in trying it to ease physical pain associated with stress tension and health conditions, including restless leg syndrome, and when my mother came to visit I signed us up for a course. It was on the two year anniversary of doctor's discovering she had a brain tumor and undergoing emergency surgery so we also went in with a lot of emotional pain to release. It was an intimate group and Melissa took the time to get to know our intentions before beginning and gently guided us throughout the experience. Yesterday was my first breath work session offered by Melissa at Sparta Work! I had no idea what to expect other than knowing to expect the unexpected. She provided such a safe and relaxing environment for us to breathe out the tension and stress, all while being present with body and soul. Getting out of our head space to unlock all that we are experiencing. It was a very beautiful and cathartic experience! If you’ve never had a session and are curious about it, try it for yourself. I had the most rejuvenating massage and facial experience with Melissa! Her space is relaxing and comfortable. She did an excellent job determining where my sore areas were for my massage and I felt much better after she worked on my neck and shoulders. She is knowledgeable about the body and explained what she was doing to help me. Melissa used several techniques to enhance the experience, including crystals, sound bowls, and a chakra balancing. Melissa has her own line of skincare, which she designed, that she uses during the facial. She selects which one to use according to your needs. My face looked bright and clear, which was awesome! I highly recommend working with her for a beautiful experience!!
