I love my optometrist- Dr. Lindsay Wood. She's the absolute best!! She's so friendly, very attentive, and personable. She takes the time to get to know her patients. She provides the very best care. She's also very thorough and detailed with explaining everything. I love the front office staff as welll..everyone's so nice!

Dr. Anderson is fantastic. He is efficient, kind and thorough. He caught a serious issue with my eye and had me at an ophthalmologist the same day. I just can’t say enough about him and his staff at Spartanburg West.

I have been seeing Dr. Anderson for several years. He is always friendly & very professional. He explains what he is doing & answers my questions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to my family & friends.

I have been going to Spartanburg Vision for over 15 yrs. For the last 5 yrs , they have been doing some shady stuff with their billing for a diabetic exam. I’m retired with BCBS insurance. I had my exam on10/30/25 and was told my bill would be $14.98. I realized that I was billed for $51.00 and was billed an additional $18 in the mail. I stopped by and spoke with the manager who I have to speak with every year. I advise her that Eye Med said that the bill should go to them first before BCBS. Eye Med has informed me that unless I have a degenerative eye disease, my diabetic eye exam should be $10. The manager said that they did not bill eye med first and would resubmit the bill. The older lady behind the desk was rude and blamed my insurance. I ask for itemized receipt and have not

The office staff and Dr. Anderson are always very welcoming and friendly! I always receive professional service and little wait time!
