The staff works to make sure you have everything the doctor prescribes you. They call to inform you if your meds need to be ordered so you don’t wait hours only to find out they don’t have it. Always friendly and helpful. Cancer is stressful enough, they make sure you are not inconvenienced or stressed because of them. They care about their patients.

Always kind, and courteous customer service. They address and answer my questions or concerns thoroughly and are sincere in doing so. Additionally, their out of pocket pricing is well below “Big Box” pharmacies. I have no problem with driving 20+ minutes to pick up my medications, because their pricing and customer service are well worth the effort on my part. Highly recommended!

They do not get in a hurry for anything. I usually wait a day or two to go get my meds. Staff is there to do a job and that is it. Do not expect a smile or friendly atmosphere.

I work in hospitality, so I’m always studying interactions with how people treat consumers. I was blown away today by going through the pharmacy drive thru and dealing with David R. I’ve almost never experienced that great of service at a roll where hospitality is not always the focus. He treated us incredibly and made our afternoon better, which I was not expecting when going through a pharmacy drive thru.
