Wonderful place that is perfect for dental visits for your little. The staff is friendly and very good with working on kids! Highly recommend! They are good with young children and children on the spectrum as well!

My son (2 1/2) had to have many dental repairs due to a vitamin deficiency. When I tell you that this staff, and Dr. Birch have gone above and beyond, it still doesn’t do them justice. From putting my mind and heart at ease, to ensuring that they were very thorough for his care, and careful to soothe my mama heart. The reception desk and billing are fantastic, they stay in good communication, as well as Dr. Birch who made a point of telling me that he would treat my son the very same as his own. I recommend this pediatric dental office over all others!

My kids absolutely LOVE Spartanburg Pediatric Dentistry!! My daughter asks atleast once a week if it’s time to go back to the dentist yet. Dr Birch is so patient with them and makes them feel so comfortable being there! But the best part is the two furry friends we get to see and pet at the end of the visit! The staff at check in/check out are the absolute best! They’re so nice and helpful with both scheduling the kids appointments to helping the kids find a toy to play with or putting their favorite cartoons on the TV. We cannot speak highly enough about SPD and recommend them to anyone looking for a new *or different pediatric dentist!

The most amazing staff I have ever witnessed. Dr. Birch is amazing. They handled my autistic daughter so beautifully. I am so grateful I found them. The office is kid friendly, and they have 2 dogs on site that are super sweet. They explained procedures and costs effortlessly. Thank you so much for treating us like family.
