I'm a powerlifting and saw Kim after I received a gift card for body work from my parents. I've see A LOT of people over the years, but I was blown away by Kim's expertise. She started with a full assessment of my history, examined my hips and weight distribution, talked about posture, and then released my posterior chain after a heavyish deadlift session the day prior. She really listened to what was troubling me and targeted those issues. I've noticed a substantial improvement in how my body moves and feels throughout the day. Squats and bench moved like they used to after seeing her and I no longer feel twisted. Kim is a value for the level of care and education she offers.
