Southwood Valley Animal Hospital

We have, along with a few friends and family, been taking our pets here for many years now, both when it used to be under the old doctor and now as it is via the new doctors (and they are great). The staff is always very patient,friendly and helpful. I feel pricing is also fair. If I ever move away, I will be making a trip here to continue coming for care here. A big thanks to everybody who works so hard.

I have used Southwood Valley Animal Hospital for years and have always recieved excellent care for my pets. I used them before Dr. Bond retired and have stayed on with the new doctors who took over the practice. I adopted a new cat this year and brought him here for all his first visits and vaccines. Dr. Justin did his neuter surgery today and I cannot sing the praises of the doctor and staff enough. Carolyn the surgery tech explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. She was kind and capable and sweet to my Sparrow even though he is a handful. Savannah at the front desk is patient and makes scheduling and getting information so easy! When I had to call back before closing time because Sparrow kept getting out of the cone, they offered a recovery suit to make

The entire staff, from check-in to pick up, were amazing! So friendly and respectful and sweet! My barn kitties were spayed / neutered, and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend 😀

We had such a wonderful experience at Southwood Valley Vet with our sweet girl, Cosmo. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and compassionate. They took excellent care of Cosmo and treated her like she was their own, which meant so much to us. Communication was outstanding — everything was clearly explained, and we always felt informed and reassured throughout the visit. It’s obvious that the staff truly care about both pets and their owners. We will absolutely be returning and would highly recommend Southwood Valley Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring vet. We moved to College Station 10 years ago, and Southwood Valley Animal Hospital came highly recommended to us. Dr. Bond was nothing short of amazing, and the staff was top-notch. I’ve never met a more caring team — they truly treat you like family and not just a client. They are down-to-earth, patient, kind, loving, and incredibly resourceful.
