There truly aren’t enough words to express how incredible Southwood Animal Hospital is. The care and love they showed Sir Dutch Boy 2 is beyond phenomenal it’s genuine, compassionate, and heartfelt. From the moment my husband and our pup walked in, the entire staff treated him like family. They are attentive, patient, and you can feel how much they truly love what they do. My husband even forgot his phone at home. During the visit and without hesitation, the staff took pictures for me so I wouldn’t miss a moment. That level of thoughtfulness means everything. Side note…we had our OG Sir Dutch Boy last year as a puppy who sadly failed to thrive. Losing him was devastating. Can't say enough good things about this animal hospital. Sarah was who answered and was just a total rock star how she handled everything and the doctor was also very amazing (Floyd). First time here and it was an emergency. They handled everything perfectly and i see why and how they have so many perfect 5 star reviews. The staff is super sweet and overall would absolutely recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone! Our vet is 3+ hours away and this place came is beyond clutch for me and my baby! Thank you all again so very much for taking care of little PeeWee!

If only I could give 100 stars. The team here has changed my view of humanity, by the sheer amount of it they demonstrated. They gave my best friend a second chance at life when all seemed hopeless. A special thanks to Dr. Floyd- her compassion and expertise made me feel safe that Weasel had the best Doc possible invested in his health. Another shout out to Roy for taking Weasel's claws but still treating him like a V.I.P. If you want the most loving care your pet can have, bring them here.

I couldn’t say enough positive things about Dr Lieske. She truly cares for her patients and is extremely thorough. My golden has allergies so we frequently visit the vet and he is very anxious, she will sit on the floor and love on him the whole time we’re there. We also got our cat fixed here and had a great experience with that too. Thank you for everything you do Dr Lieske!

I am so grateful for Southwood and their staff, especially Dr. Floyd and Fr. Lieske. They took amazing care of my Chubbs, and were very kind and professional. I an forever grateful for each and every staff member that played a part in taking care of my little baby! 🙏🏾💜
