Worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I paid for a 75-minute deep tissue massage, and the therapist clearly had no idea what deep tissue even means. I kept asking for more pressure over and over, but he just lightly rubbed oil on me the entire time. It was a complete waste of money. When I contacted the owner, she didn’t care at all. Instead of taking responsibility, she offered me a pathetic $10 off another massage — like I’d ever come back after that experience. She refused to adjust the price to fit the massage I actually received or admit her business messed up. She justified what happened by saying the therapist did his best. I have been going to SW Healing for several years and the massage therapists are all great! They let clients know of available appointments, and have 2 locations. Their prices are reasonable and the office environment is relaxing, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend!
