Worst “care” I’ve ever received. Dr. Scott Brown is a joke. I have HORRIBLE migraines and I had had one for a week. I went asking for help to break it until I can see my neurologist. All he did was come in and try to talk me in circles like I was a child. He did literally nothing for me at all. Didn’t even try any medication. Nothing. His nurse did help me by telling me when he left the room I should try another towns ER. I tried telling him I think I have a CSF leak tonight he told me it’s next to impossible. Turns out I do have a CSF leak. Just as I thought. Worst place ever and I DO NOT recommend.

My little boy ran into a steal beam while playing with his friends at a basketball game. He ended up needing 3 stitches and Dr. Brown was great. Dr. Brown had great bed side manner and did a excellent job stitching up his forehead.

On 7/18/25 my 8 day old baby had stopped breathing and was non responsive. I had to provide sternum rubs to get him breathing again which took a few minutesfor him to start back breathing. Once EMS arrived he was stable and we were gave the choice of going by ambulance to this hospital which we was worried about from past experiences or driving ourselfs to Texarkana. I choose by ambulance just because I didn't feel comfortable driving him ourselves in case he stopped breathing again. Once there we were asked all the questions of what happened. The nurses and ER doctor all brushed off his symptoms and made it seem as to it being us being first time parents. My baby was never hooked up to any monitors to monitor his oxygen or respirations. I was in the ER with my daughter and the sinks in the room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in along time. I went to the bathroom by the ER and I literally wanted to call housekeeping myself.

Three months ago, my dad was very sick and was ordered to go the nearest hospital and so I drove him . We were immediately checked in and the Doctor immediately went to work on him. They explained everything that was going on and treated him well. He was admitted to icu, where he spent the next five days. Dr. Miller ( who I can’t say enough good things about ) was awesome from beginning to end. Unfortunately after three months passes, my dad is having issues, because of the care he received we took him back to this hospital. Again, they had him checked in, the nursing staff treated him with great care. The Doctor on duty was not what I had experienced at the previous visit so I can’t say I was happy with her. She only came in the room once and stuck her head in once. She didn’t explain any
