My almost 12 month old son was playing in a toddler playground in hot springs. He fell on the ground and caused red and bruises on his face. Dr sooman office is 90 miles away, and I texted his office phone number and asked if able to do video calls to get some prescription cream or something for the injury on the face. About 10 minutes, Dr sooman sent a video call to check on my son, because WiFi signal is weak, I sent some pictures of the injured face to her. Then she was able to send a prescription cream to a nearest pharmacy I chose. I immediately went to get the prescription cream and able to put it on the wounds right away. Today the wounds have been recovered very well. I really appreciate Dr sooman for her prompt response and excellent service.

Dr Sooman has been seeing my kids for a good while. We love her and cares for patients. Her nurses are also good people.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My kids have been going to there since they were born! She made the mistake of not giving my baby his shots along with his physical. She told me to come back the following day by the end of the day and she would give him his shots. I took off of work both days, checked my kids out of school and 5MINS BEFORE I initially told them I would be there, I got a call as soon as I pulled into the parking lot that they would not be able to give him his shots because the doctor left! I tried to speak with her to see if there is anyway that I could get my baby’s shots still, let a vm in TEARS because I knew that I couldn’t take off again! They had no compassion when IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE TO BEGIN WITH! Switched their doctor and they were able to get my baby in the next day and u

Dr. Sooman is the best! My kids have been going to her for over 10 years now, and they love her! No long waits, very pleasant and professional. 10/10 highly recommend!!

amazing! i absolutely love Dr. Sooman. she’s quick and efficient. i remember pediatric appointments for myself taking onwards to an hour or more, my child is usually out in 30 minutes or less.
