Listen…this place has been such a blessing to my mom and family! The employees are all so intentional and caring. The facility is clean and well maintained. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and it flows into their care for the residents. My mom raves all the time about how she has so much fun with the activities and feels cared for. Oh, and holidays are the BEST! The Southwell Christmas dinner/party is something we’ve grown to look forward to every year. Thank you ALL for making this place a home for so many! 💛💕

Southwell Reception is very warm and friendly. The facility was very clean and smelled nice. The people that worked there was friendly and greeted you with a smile.

First time visit and what really stood out was how helpful and friendly the staff was in giving us directions. We're senior folk who appreciated the courtesy. Thanks for making our visit a great experience.

My sister, Jean Grice, was admitted to Southwell Rehab yesterday. She has a broken pelvis in two places and recent surgery on her right shoulder. I was impressed with all the attention she received from the nurses, physical therapy employees, social services, admissions, and directors of different services there. The facility itself is very nice and clean. This is a busy time of year for all of us and I reluctantly left her there after she was settled. She was tired from the move and ran me out so she could take a nap. I didnt worry about leaving her knowing she would be taken care of.

Everyone here is so loving and kind. They listen to you about everything to do with your health. Everything is so nice and clean. They have been so gentle with my mother and that gives me peace of mind. The whole experience has been wonderful. I can’t thank them enough.
