The staff here is wonderful! I receive far more personalized service than the chain pharmacies. Anytime I have a question for a pharmacist they take as much time as needed to help me out (even if it’s very busy), and they’re always very knowledgeable. Kudos to Martina who’s excellent, too! Chancy’s reminds me of the drug stores of my youth where they treated you like you were their friends and neighbors …instead of “just being a prescription to fill” like the chain pharmacies. They truly care about their customers.

I’ve been using Chancy Drugs for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about the service here. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They take the time to answer questions, explain medications, and even offer helpful advice when needed. The prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately, and I’ve never had any issues.
